Everything here was gathered by someone we know by name.

Three families in Idukki, Wayanad and Kodaikanal pull our roots and leaf. They cut in the cool of the morning, dry in the shade, and bring it down to us the same week.

Nothing is tumbled, bleached or sprayed. If a batch comes in wet or short we send it back, which is why the index is eight items long and not eighty.
